Founded in 1975, Meteory grew from early trade and engineering foundations in Cairo into a specialized fire protection company. In 1979, Meteory expanded through global partnerships that brought international firefighting technologies and distribution relationships into the Egyptian market. In 1986, the company established its factory with state-of-the-art assembly lines to manufacture and market fire extinguishers for the growing local demand.
Meteory later acquired advanced technology and international experience, launching its flagship laboratory with a focus on the strictest quality measures. Today, Meteory is certified to Egyptian standards and ISO 9001, with ongoing efforts to meet and exceed more international quality standards and certifications.
