Meteory is a leading manufacturer of firefighting products and a provider of integrated solutions. For over 45 years, Meteory has been manufacturing and selling fire extinguishers. They built a factory with cutting-edge assembly lines to make and sell fire extinguishers to meet the growing demand in the Egyptian and African markets.
Meteory acquired technology and international experience prior to the opening of its flagship laboratory in 2001. To improve and create new products, the lab collaborates with leading European laboratories. Meteory is now ISO 9001 certified and meets the highest Egyptian standards, with ongoing efforts to meet and exceed additional international quality standards and certificates.

In response to the immediate needs of the Spanish market, the company QUÍMICA 21, S.L. was formed in 1990 for the sole purpose of manufacturing class ABC, BC, and D powder extinguishers. Soon interest was shown by foreign markets, which currently constitute a high percentage of the firm’s business. Egypt's 2nd largest Firefighting Company in Egypt was selected as the sole agent and exclusive distributor for QUÍMICA 21, S.L. in Egypt, Sudan and East Africa.
Advanced Firefighting Technology GmbH
With over 20 years’ experience Advanced firefighting technology succeeded in further developing a special nozzle and a mixing chamber that create a narrow distribution of ultra fine water mist. The droplets create an enlarged surface area (almost 40 times larger) as compared to a conventional water tender. This results in rapid cooling due to extensive heat absorption and the resultant steam generated expands 1640 times in volume thus inserting the atmosphere around the fire. Every technology is tested for conformity to various international standards and performance parameters. AFT’s products are protected by a various number of patents.
Meteory has partnered with AFT to introduce a customized system Meteory water mist, foam and compressed air foam (CAFS) and represents AFT in Egypt, Sudan and East Africa.
